At Let’s Self Drive, we value transparency and fairness when purchasing pre-owned scooties and bikes in Mumbai. Our selling policy is designed to make sure every seller clearly understands the process related to price quotes, payments, and RC transfer. We aim to keep the entire transaction simple, secure, and hassle-free for you.

1. Fair & Transparent Valuation

The quote/value provided for your two-wheeler is based on its current market price and the actual condition at the time of inspection (engine, tyres, bodywork, battery, documents).

2. Final Price Assurance

The amount offered is the best and final price. We follow a fixed pricing model — no bargaining, no hidden charges.

3. Documents Required

Original RC (Registration Certificate)

Valid ID proof (Aadhaar / PAN)

1 Passport-size photograph (if required)

Seller’s signature on RTO forms (Form 28, 29, 30)

4. RC & Ownership Transfer

RC transfer is initiated by us immediately after purchase.

OTP / RTO verification may require the seller’s cooperation.

Until the RC is transferred, the seller is expected to assist in documentation.

 

5. Instant & Secure Payment

Payment is done on the spot via Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer. No delays.

6. Liability After Sale

Once the delivery note is signed and payment completed, Letsselfdrive assumes full responsibility for all future matters (traffic fines, accidents, insurance claims, or legal issues).

7. No Buyback / Return Policy

All sales are final. Once the vehicle is sold, it cannot be returned.

8. Genuine Sellers Only

The seller must ensure the two-wheeler is free from loan, hypothecation, or legal disputes. In case of any pending loan, NOC from the bank is required.

9. Condition Disclosure

Sellers must provide accurate information about the vehicle’s condition. If hidden issues (accident history, engine tampering, odometer rollback, etc.) are discovered later, Letsselfdrive reserves the right to hold back transfer/payment until resolved.

10. Hassle-Free Pickup

We offer free home pickup of the vehicle anywhere in Mumbai for the seller’s convenience.

11. Data Privacy

Personal information collected for verification and transfer will be used only for transaction-related purposes and stored securely as per applicable laws.
